Saint Mary’s Place is a residential development conveniently located off of LA-308 just north the Percy Brown Rd intersection in Thibodaux, LA. The development will contain 93 lots total, and will be constructed in three phases. Average lot size in the development will be approximately 0.75 acres which provides plenty of space for a new home, large patio/pool, and an additional building to store all of your toys!
